Be it any kind of water, rivers or even private lakes, there are situations where the lead or other weight that is part of the rig tears or stays in the water as part of a drop off rig. Some weights have a polluting effect, which of course can also affect the water and the fish that live in it. Moreover, there are lakes where this is given special attention and some prevention has been introduced to protect fish.
Paying attention to these factors, we have created the Go Green series. These weights are made of 1% environmentally friendly materials. They do not contain any tungsten or lead, but are molded from a completely environmentally friendly zinc alloy.
The dropshot method is based on a weight with the appropriate clip.
Due to the special DS clip, no special knot is required to secure the line. We simply have to pull the line through the metal clip and tighten it. It is guaranteed that it won’t slip out of it.
The system allows extremely fast depth changes. It can be used with offset hooks in snaggy spots, or with worm or simple predator hooks with other methods.Â
This spherical shape is recommended for using in still waters. With the smaller sizes smaller perch can be chased, and with the larger variants fish in deeper areas can also be our targets.
The use of fluorocarbon is recommended for the technique.
